Letters of Recommendations
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is a personal recommendation for Adrienne McDaniel. For at least the past fifteen years, I
have had the great fortune of working with Mrs. McDaniel. We originally started working together in
the Tempe Union High School District in the Chief Hill ED Transition program. She began as a
Paraprofessional II.
During her time at Compadre, Mrs. McDaniel has touched and helped so many lives with her kind,
insightful, warm, and incredibly jubilant personality. Mrs. McDaniel is well known for having an outstanding work ethic; often arriving early to work in case the students are in need and staying late for the same reason.
The second opportunity we had to work together was during the restructuring and development an EDP program for a valley charter school organization. Adrienne was the first person I turned to when looking to recruit people and was absolutely the person I leaned on the most. She was and still is vital to the success of that program.
Adrienne’s impressive skills as a paraprofessional and now a teacher are only equaled by her empathy, integrity, and patience for students. The students she has had the pleasure of working with, often have a multitude of behavioral concerns. While these students may be difficult to manage Mrs. McDaniel’s composure never wavers and neither has her sense of duty. Adrienne McDaniel has been an incredible asset to every organization she has worked with and is, in my personal opinion, impossible to replace. It would my pleasure and honor to recommend Mrs. Adrienne McDaniel for any position that would allow her to continue to help children.
Sincerely,

To whom it may concern,
I am writing on behalf of Adrienne McDaniel and her extraordinary completion of her Special Education Program with Certification from Grand Canyon University. Ms. McDaniel has demonstrated a better than working knowledge of the best practices in Special Education and was instrumental not only in her classroom’s remarkable growth and achievement, but spearheaded a shift in instructional practices among her peers that resulted in successes throughout the program.
She has demonstrated beyond doubt that she is capable of not only teaching, but to mentor and assist students of diverse populations and give them an opportunity to be successful in the classroom setting, as well as the outside world. She has demonstrated a working knowledge of the importance of data and how important it is when driving instruction in special education. As her mentor, I am extremely proud of the work she is done, and even more excited for the impact she will have in the lives of students that have diverse and unique needs.
Sincerely,
Christopher Eckerson
