My philosophy on teaching is to provide students with an educational experience that provides a safe environment the is conducive to learning. Teaching my students compassion and integrity is something I strive to integrate into all my lessons. By creating this type of environment, I am able to help students reach their full potential and providing them with the tools for success that they can take with them to the next step of their educational path. Providing an environment that celebrates the diversity of the students that I serve. Providing students with Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) by ensuring that the curriculum is taught at the student’s ability level as well as their individual learning style to ensure that they are set up for success Collaborating with the community to ensure that they student have access to an equitable educational experience.
